 Eurovision was back on our screens again after a Covid related hiatus and what a welcome event this was in the current times. I thought the standard of songs and the production was bigger and better than ever. I always vote for three acts every year and this year I voted for Iceland, Cyprus and Portugal.  Back at it again another villager hunt this time I was replacing Phoebe. I tried a different method before my tried and tested to see if it would work and no it did not more trials are needed. I read online that it takes 5 days for villagers randomly to think about moving out but that method just took to long, I kept speaking to all of my other villagers I wanted to keep and hope that Phoebe would want to leave however it is more effective if you time travel to when villagers notice you have been gone a while. I then decided to use my tried and tested method of time travelling 24 hrs and talking to all of m villagers besides Phoebe and then time travelling forward 15 days from current date and talk to all the villagers I wanted to keep again still ignoring Phoebe. Once this part of the method is complete you keep time travelling forward 24 hrs and talking to all the villagers you want to keep. It took three time travels after the 15 days for Phoebe to think about leaving. I went into

 I made a slightly quick decision during my ongoing island overhaul (more on that soon) that I was going to let Opal leave my island and I am glad she did (stay tuned). I had no method for this she randomly asked to leave and I said yes. I had 20 tickets to do this hunt which is a pretty good amount by my books. I like to have at least 15 or more tickets for a villager hunt just to allow for time.  1. Spike (Cranky, Rhino)- I do enjoy this villager and I would have taken him if I was low on tickets however out of the Rhino villagers I would have preferred Hornsby or Merengue.  2. Paolo (Lazy, Elephant)- I have already encountered him a previous hunt and I am not a fan so I decided to pass  3. Maelle (Snooty, Duck)- I normally would say that I wasn't a fan of this villager however seeing her in the digital flesh she is not quite as strange as I first thought I did not take her though.  More exciting news Mott has FINALLY left my island it took me ages and several attempts to get him to leave. I also tried varying my methods this time to see what differences it would make to the speed or time frame it would take a villager to leave. This took me 21 in game days to get Mott to leave. I started off by talking to all of the villagers I didn't want to leave my island and then I time travelled forward 1 day and carried out the same process. I then time travelled forward 15 days on from the original date and talked to all of the villagers I didn't want to leave however I encountered some issues firstly Mott would not stay within the fenced off areas surrounding his house and he did not want to leave so I time travelled forward 1 day and still had the same issues. I then did my research and saw a method where you carry out the same steps but whilst also talking to the villagers you want to keep go and talk to Isabelle in resident services and click discuss a residen

 More news Nan has left my island she was a Normal Goat, this was a slightly harder process and i'll explain why firstly I was planning to get rid of Mott who is a Jock Lion however as you can see it turned out differently. I had already fenced Mott's house so I time travelled forward 1 day and talked to all of the villagers I wanted to keep with the exception of Mott and Nan, however Mott was my crafter so this turned out to be slightly annoying so I saved and quit and changed the time to a time when I have previously seen Mott outside. He was outside however he was roaming free even though I had fenced off his house so I clearly went wrong somewhere. I decided to carry on and hope for the best and I then time travelled 15 days on from the first day of trying to move Mott from my island. I did the usual by speaking to all of the villagers I wanted to keep besides Mott and Nan. Mott at this point was still roaming free as was Nan so I time travelled forward 1 more day and I wen

 I have news Cobb has left my island he was a Jock Pig now I had around 38 nook miles tickets to do this hunt in I have a list of villagers I want and I also know villagers I would take if I needed to. Firstly I will explain how I got rid of Cobb. I went to a time where I knew Cobb was inside his house this allowed me to fence his house so he could not leave this was between 1-2 pm. I then time travelled forward 1 day and talked to all of the villagers I want to keep or ones I do not have pictures of yet, I was lucky in the sense that all of my villagers were either inside their house or near the plaza area this made finding and talking to them much easier. I knew that Cobb would be inside on this day as I did not change the time only the date was changed. I then saved and exited the game, this then allowed me to change the date 15 days on from the day I attempted this, (do not count 15 days one from the 1 day time travel), I then carried out the same process as before by talking to al

 My island is officially 5 stars, I found out by seeing a Lilly of the valley plant on my cliftop and trust me I couldn't run to resident services quick enough. I now have 2 Lilly of the Valley plants and several gold roses. I only need blue roses, I followed a video from Animal Crossing youtuber and streamer Dazzabound as his video had a quick method that is easy to follow so I am following the steps I have my seed reds and purples together and I have gotten several pinks to go along side my seed yellows so I am now waiting for hybrid reds from the pink and yellow pairings then I can move onto the next step.  Mary Berry Recipe For Life  Rating- 5/5  Review- I cannot say enough good things about this book, I absolutely loved it. I struggled to put this book down so much so that I missed my bus stop on several occasions as I was to busy reading this book. I felt the same feels I did when reading Andrew Lloyd Webbers book Unmasked which says something as that is my favourite book to date. I am a Mary Berry fan so I already went into reading this book knowing I would  like it to some degree but I had no idea how much. I gave this book 5 out of 5 because I really enjoyed it and struggled to put it down.  Giles and Mary- The Diary Of Two Nobodies  Rating- 4/5  Review- I love Gogglebox it is a show that will get you through any lockdown trust me. I loved this book however not as much as Mary Berry but still I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a funny book that also gave a interesting insight into how Googlebox works from a couples point of view. I would recommend this book for anyone who loves Google

 It's back finally after what has felt like a lifetime. I will be discussing who I think is behind the video tapes and why I think it could that said person.  1. Charles and Chic  This seems like the most obvious choice given the scenes in previous episodes of season 4 and the storylines left unfinished. From memory every storyline has been dealt with besides the Barchie kiss of season 4, video tape storyline of season 4 and the chic storyline of season 2 to some degree. This is where my thoughts begin we now that Charles and Chic are dating from a scene in 4x06 Hereditary, this episode I think is where suspicions started to occur. Charles knows where the body is buried so it could have something to do with that however I think this is unlikely I think the main reason why he could have the means to carry out such an operation is his job working for the FBI this means he will have access to recording equipment of a high standard. He is most certainly not doing this alone, I think so

 05/01/2021 I have spent the day fueled by anxiety. Now I know yesterday's message was we meet again and get through this. I just felt this sickness anxiety feeling it normally happens on the day or major C word anoucement however  I re-visited a old tv favourite My Family the entire box set is on BBC Iplayer and during my busy day fuelled by lectures, seminars and Uni assignments its been rather stress relieving having some lighthearted back ground noise. I have struggled sleeping if that's even possible I take ages to get to sleep and then I wake up at noon strange. I set alarms for earlier so I don't feel like I lost the majority of the day but I then feel tired.  An animal crossing update for you all I have used a nook miles ticket to get some more coconuts and planted them on my beaches around my island this will help fill in some gaps on my beaches saving me from putting to put furniture in those areas.  Here we go again Lockdown 3, in my view it was a long time coming but as Len Goodman's autobiography title says Better Late Than Never. We all need to do out bit now more than ever to Stay At Home, Protect The NHS and Save Lives. I am going to use this third lockdown to my advantage by setting short term and possibly long term goals for the months ahead.  1. Get my Aminal Crossing new horizon's island to 5 stars  I am currently at 4 stars to get there I have planted a variety of flowers both basic and hybrid  Placed fencing around all of my villagers houses my villages are Cobb (Pig), Phoebe (Orsritch), Opal (Elephant), Mott (Lion), Mira (Rabbit), Sherb (Goat), Lopez (Deer), Nan (Goat), Eunice (Sheep) and Anicotti (Mouse). I have used variety of fencing options hedges, imperial fencing and the wooden fencing that Ton Nook gives you.  Cleaned up my island this includes rocks, excess fruit from trees and weeds.
