Universal Studios

We have finished Disney how sad it is an amazing park but there is more yes more, Universal Studios this theme park is split in two so let’s start off with Universal Studios itself before we go to the other park.

Arrival

There is plenty of parking at Universal Studios and good parking at that. When you enter the park you have to walk through City Walk but we will cover that in the places to eat post coming soon. You walk past the famous Universal globe if you like.

As with all theme parks you have to go through a security check and finger print check upon entry.

Unlike Disney Universal have there park set in a flow which I like as it makes for a more relaxed experience it is all in a loop so it also prevents you getting lost.

Now I will tell you about what rides you should do at Universal. Now I know there are no shows this is simply because the shows in this park are crap.

Minion Mayhem

This is a 3-D roller coaster type thing it is the best ride in this park in my opinion. You go through Minion training in this ride. You can’t really explain the ride as such you need to go on it then you see what I mean.

Men In Black Alien Attack

 This ride is crap but I have included it because I beat my families highest score on a ride this it is similar in concept to the Buzz ride at Tomorrow Land at Disney’s Magic Kingdom. For those wondering the new high score is 93,400.

Woody Woodpecker Coaster

Not sure whether this is the correct name for this ride. It is a family coaster it is pretty self-explanatory.

There is no fast pass system at Universal they have what is called an express pass this lets you into a different shorter queue.

There is a parade in this park but someone needs to tell Universal how to do parades they really do, so if you miss it is not the end of the world.

What Not To Do?

Do not wait in a queue that is over 90 minutes long as the wait time will only increase instead why not go on a ride that is a 5-20 minute wait and come back to the other later.
